Water contamination is a serious problem prevalent in many parts of the world. Especially India as a developing country faces enormous challenges in the field of water purification. About 500 people are exposed to very high levels of arsenic chemicals present in water in parts of West Bengal and Bangladesh. The hand pumps which are located in and around schools have arsenic levels of 500ppmwhich pose grave dangers to the population living around them. They cause diseases such as Cholera, Typhoid, Polio, Hepatitis A among many others. It doesn't stop here; it has a lot of side effects on the crops which turn poisonous and unfit for edible purposes. We, at Livpure, aim at eradicating these problems and resolving this acute dangerof water crisis. Watch this video to understand the seriousness of the problem and its implications upon the people living around the world.
